Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, and share your information when you access our Service. It also describes your privacy rights and the legal protections that apply to you.

We rely on your personal data to provide and improve our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

How It Works

  1. You upload photos and pick from available templates.
  2. Based on this data, we retrain a copy of the model to make it personalized for you.
  3. Once the model copy has been retrained, your avatar is generated.
  4. As soon as your avatar is generated, both the model copy and the uploaded photos are permanently removed from our servers. Certain restrictions apply to avatar usage — for example, you may not use nude photos or images of others without their permission.
  5. We do not use your personal data for general training purposes or to create any separate AI products.
  6. We make every effort to configure the AI model appropriately. Nevertheless, you may sometimes encounter content that you find unsuitable. If you see anything offensive or inappropriate, please contact us at vanthongn1@icloud.com. We will respond immediately, and your report will help us train the algorithm more effectively.

Information Collection

1. Platform Usage Information

We may collect information about how you use the Platforms. This includes your actions such as clicks, browsing, downloads, shares, video editing activities, and any other information you provide while using our services. This helps us provide you with the Platform's features.

2. Device and Log Information

To ensure normal, smooth, and secure operation, enhance your user experience, deliver advertising and messages, and protect your account security, we collect the following device and log information when you use our services: unique device identifier, GAID, device model, system language, country, advertising identifier, operating system, system version number, IP address, software version number, access network, network quality data, and service log information.

3. Feedback Information

When you contact us for feedback or customer support, we collect the information and materials you submit, along with your contact details (such as phone number and email address). This allows us to respond to you, answer your questions, and provide customer service.

4. Face Recognition

When you use certain face-editing or synthesis features, we automatically detect the positions and shapes of your facial features, analyze that information for photo processing, and return the rendered results to you. We do not store the photos, videos, facial feature information, or rendered results, nor do we share them with any third party. This information is processed solely to operate the face recognition function and provide you with better results. If your video editing involves someone else's facial features, you must inform that person and obtain their consent.

5. Cloud-based Processing

To enable fast and accurate image and video processing, we may upload the materials or their tags to our cloud servers for effect processing. Uploaded materials or tags are used only for image/video effect processing via the relevant functions. We do not store materials, tags, or any related information longer than necessary. We will not use them for any other purpose or provide them to third parties.

Access Permissions

To provide you with better products and services and improve your experience, we may request certain permissions on your device for additional features. With your consent and following the principle of minimal data collection, we collect the following permissions and related information:

  • Read and Write External Memory Card Permission – Used to read and write files on the external memory card for video editing.
  • The information collected through these permissions is sensitive. If you decline a permission, you will only lose access to the corresponding feature — other app functions will remain unaffected. You can check the status of these permissions in your device's system settings and may freely enable or disable any of them at any time.

Please note: When you enable a permission, you authorize us to collect and use the associated personal information to provide the related service. When you disable a permission, you revoke that authorization, and we will no longer collect or use the corresponding personal information. However, turning off a permission will not affect any collection or use of information that occurred while the permission was enabled.

    Analytical Data

We collect and analyze usage data to improve our Service and user experience. All data is processed in aggregate, allowing us to identify usage patterns and optimize our products. From time to time, we may share these aggregated insights with our affiliates, agents, and business partners for research, development, and commercial purposes. Please be assured that this information remains anonymous and does not identify you or your customers personally.

    Use of Your Personal Information

We may use the information you provide, in accordance with this policy, to deliver our services or communicate with you. Specifically, we use your information for the following purposes:

    1. Service Improvement – We use your information to build, operate, and improve our services. For example, by analyzing usage trends, we ensure the platform stays user-friendly.
    2. Security-related Purposes – We use your information for security reasons, including account and network protection. We aim to keep our services safe for all users, which includes screening uploaded content for potentially illegal material. Your information may also be used for security prevention and customer security support.
    3. Sending Important Notices – We use your information to send you important notifications, such as alerts about your account or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
    4. Meeting Legal Obligations – We retain your information as needed to fulfill our legal responsibilities. For example, we may record, review, or handle your information in accordance with applicable laws during emergency situations.

    Deletion Permission

When using our app, you have full control over your data and may delete saved records at any time. We respect your privacy and ensure that data can be deleted. Through the app's settings, you can clear your history and other stored information. Additionally, uninstalling the app will automatically delete locally stored data. Please note that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you have any questions about deletion permissions, please contact our support team for assistance.

Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies

Like most online services, we use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or device memory. They store information about your use of our services for various purposes, including authenticating you, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing website traffic and trends, measuring advertising campaign effectiveness, and enabling social features. Web beacons are small pieces of software on a web page or email that help us understand how you interact with that page or email.

Most web browsers accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually configure your browser to delete or reject cookies. However, please note that doing so may affect the availability and functionality of our services.

We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for our services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that helps us improve our services. We combine this analytics information with data from other users in a way that cannot reasonably identify any specific individual.

We work with third-party advertising agencies to serve ads on the Internet and other media. To measure ad effectiveness and determine payment amounts, we install third-party modules in our applications. We may also install third-party modules to help us understand how our services are used.

    Retention of Your Personal Information

The Company will retain your personal data for 48 months. We will retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analytical purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, unless it is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally required to retain it for longer periods.

    Data Sharing

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We only share it when necessary to perform legitimate business functions.

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers as needed to help us provide and improve our Services and perform other legitimate business functions. We will confirm how each third party uses your personal information and ensure adequate safeguards and processes are in place to protect it.

We work with analytics partners. To maintain or improve our products and services and provide you with better content, we embed partners' SDKs or other applications in our software. These SDKs obtain your unique device ID (AndroidID) to analyze how you use our services and measure their effectiveness.

We will only disclose or transfer your information when required by law, with your consent, or when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal request or legal requirement issued to us or related to our Platform; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

We will not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information in violation of this policy or applicable law. If we transfer information as a result of a merger, spin-off, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy liquidation, we will require our successors to protect your personal information under laws, regulations, and standards no lower than those in this policy.

    Correction Rights Explanation

You have the right, as an app user, to ask us to correct or update any inaccurate personal information connected to your use of the app. If something needs updating — for example, your saved preferences or profile details — feel free to reach out to customer support. We work hard to keep your information accurate so that you can have the best possible experience.

    Data Protection and Security

Keeping your personal information secure is important to us. To protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or similar risks, we have reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards in place for the data we collect while you use our services on the Platform. We will do everything we can to protect your personal information.

We regularly review and update our policies to reflect changes in our business, technology, and legal obligations. Our security measures include technical and organizational protocols, security controls, and employee training — this list is not exhaustive.

We take data security very seriously, but please remember that no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Even though we follow industry standards to protect your personal data, we cannot promise absolute security.

If we learn of any security breach that impacts your personal information, we will inform you as required by law. By using the Platform, you agree to receive notices electronically.

    2. Stop using your information for direct marketing purposes (including any marketing based on profiling)
    3. Fix any information that is outdated or incorrect
    4. Delete certain information we hold about you
    5. Limit how we process or share certain information about you
    6. Send your information to another service provider
    7. Withdraw any consent you have given for us to process your information

We will review every request and respond within the time frame required by law. Before we respond, we may ask you to provide information to verify your identity.

    Children's Privacy

Our Services are meant for people aged 18 and older (referred to as "Children" in this policy). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you discover that your child has shared Personal Data with us, please get in touch. Should we find out that we have collected such information without parental permission, we will take steps to delete it from our systems.

CCPA, VCDPA, GDPR, and LGPD Rights

We follow the privacy laws of California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), the European Union (GDPR), and Brazil (LGPD). If you live in any of these regions, you have the right to access, modify, delete, or object to how we process your data. You can also reach out to our support team for help.

    Legal Basis for Processing Data

    Right to Complain

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws or your rights under those laws, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. This includes, but is not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents or other local data protection legislation that may apply in your jurisdiction.

    Contact Information for Complaints

If you would like to make a complaint, you can contact the relevant data protection authority in your country. Their contact details can be found on their official website, or you can contact us directly for further assistance.

    Internal Resolution

Before making a formal complaint, we encourage you to contact us first and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns. You can contact us at vanthongn1@icloud.com.
